Marte Heie Hallem

Marte is a screenwriter, director, producer and musician, and in recent years has worked extensively with documentary productions for film and theatre. On the script side, she has written several outdoor theatre plays that are regularly staged in Trøndelag, including "Oda fra havet", "Arvesølvet", "Flyktningelosen" (2015) and the trilogy "Operation Oleander". She has also directed and written music for several of them. "Operation Oleander" and the episode "Flukten" won the award for best theatre performance of the year in Central Norway at the Utawards in 2019. On the film side, Marte has directed, produced and written the screenplay for the films "Rinnans rival" (2024), "Fremmed blod" (2021), "I skjäggen av Oljeeventyret" (2016) and "Balanse (2019)". "Fremmed blod" was a success with the audience on NRK and the Finnish state channel YLE, with many words of praise from viewers and critics. Since then, Marte has toured the Nordic countries with both the film and the book of the same title. In the fall of 2025, the book will be launched in Swedish, Finnish and English in the international market. The film "Rinnan's rival" is currently touring through Den kulturellter skolesekken, and is available on VGTV. The book "Rinnan's rival" was published by Pax forlag a month before the film launch, and was sold out from the publisher. The second edition is now out. In 2025, Marte is working on a new book project together with Pax and is developing new theater projects. As a recording artist, she has released three albums as a Norwegian singer-songwriter.

Arnstein Langåssve

Arnstein is the owner of the company together with Marte, and was general manager from 2016 to 2020. He has directed several large and small productions in Central Norway, including the plays "Maren- dom til døden" and "Oda fra havet", as well as several productions for Leirådal spellag. Arnstein has also worked extensively as a producer, event developer and production manager, and in 2020 was production manager for the Play about St. Olav in Stiklestad. He has also been involved in developing the concept of Drømmeaften in Trønderhallen, and has contributed to the realization of many large events in Trøndelag. Previously, he has also been employed for several years as a communication manager at Stiklestad National Cultural Center. Today, he is full-time as general manager at Inderøy Cultural Center, and therefore not as active in Scene Midt, but is still a co-owner, sparring partner and contributor to individual projects.

Andrea Hallem Langåssve

Andrea Hallem Langåssve graduated from acting education at Kristiania University College in the spring of 2025, and has previously studied Creative Writing and Copywriting at the same place, as well as Drama and Theater Communication at OsloMet Storby University. Andrea now works as a freelance actor and is in the fall of 2025 working on a new Norwegian TV series that will be released in 2026. Andrea takes on jobs as an actor, program manager, project manager and writer.
She had a central role in the documentary film “Foreign Blood” on NRK, and she has also been an actress in “Jenta med bombene” at Vega Scene in Oslo. In the summers of 2022 and 2024, she played a central role in the plays «Vargtimen» and «Flukten», two different episodes of the theater trilogy Operation Oleander at Fosen. In Scene Midt, Andrea has worked as an actress, program host, lyricist and director. 

Line Heie Hallem

Trained as an actor at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts. Freelance actor for almost 20 years and permanently affiliated with Vega Scene in Oslo. She has also been employed by Theatre Junge Generation in Germany, and recently did a critically acclaimed directing job at Den nasjonale Scene in Bergen ("Dikkedokken"). In 2017, Line played the pilot in the play "Rekyl", and was nominated for the Heddapris and the Teaterkritikerprisen for her performance. At Vega Scene, Line has had key roles in the plays "Eggs'n bakey", "Jenta med bombene" and "De ultimate", and for Scene Midt i stjørk such as "Flyktningelosen", "Oda fra havet" and "Operasjon Oleander".

Espen Løvås

Espen Løvås is a trained actor at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts, and has been associated with various public theatre institutions in Norway since 1999, including long-term employment at Trøndelag Teater, Det Norske Teatret and the National Theatre.

In recent years, Espen has also done a lot of directing, and has a permanent position as a lecturer in acting technique at Kristiania University College. He can also be seen in various film and TV series on a regular basis. In 2021, Espen played in the play "Om mus og menn" at Det Norske Teatret, and in the summer of 2018 he directed the play "Flukten" in Leksvik, the first episode in the war trilogy Operation Oleander. In 2022, he directed "Vargtimen", which is the third episode of the same trilogy.  

Martine Hallem 

Martine has worked as a stage manager and producer in theatre and cultural productions in Trøndelag for several years. She has had stage management responsibility and production management at the outdoor theatre “Oda fra havet” at Mausundvær over several production years, and was also a stage manager during “Marendømme til døden” at Hitra in 2015. Martine has also been an important contributor on the production side of large cultural events such as the Vømmel Festival and Øras dager.
